Really happy with the whole team

From the moment I enquired with Global Medical Care I have received constant communication, flying to Turkey for surgery is very daunting, however we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Our Dr has been incredible, he must have visited us 8/9 times during our stay, answering any questions, and really made me feel that he cared. Our translator Sammy was on hand to help with anything we needed and even a rep from GMC came and saw us and spent time with us.
Gastric Sleeve is a big operation and the team made us feel so supported. Our surgeon has just text even after discharge. I can’t thank you all enough. My life has completely changed.

Excellent experience! I traveled alone for my sleeve operation and never once felt scared or uncomfortable. Global medical care team was amazing and the doctors put me at ease the whole time. My patient representative Albert was always responding to me and helping me with anything. The aftercare has been great for questions I have I also met people I will stay friends with forever. I visited Istanbul for the purpose of having some dental work.
From the outset of our discussions and right through to the dental procedures, the advice and help provided by Global Medical Care has been very professional and courteous. We met their representative on our first day when visiting the clinic. She helped with the translation services and in general was a good support to have.
The clinic was very large, well equipped and above all looked very clean. That provided me some reassurance that I had made the right choice. The staff at the clinic kindly showed me around the various treatment rooms and I even got to see the laboratory in which they make dental fittings. It looked like everything was controlled in house and therefore was going to be very efficient.
Treatment started on day 1 and the dentist was simply awesome. Very open and clear with her explanations, the procedures went very well and without too much discomfort.
The dentist carefully explained the treatment procedures and most importantly helped me to pick the final shade of the crowns. The procedures were carried out over 3 days with breaks in between to allow healing. This gave me a chance to see some of Istanbul.
On the final day of procedures, all went well with final fitting of the new crowns. I must say they looked great and felt very comfortable.
Overall, I am very pleased with the whole process and would thoroughly recommend Global Medical Care as your first choice for dental treatments. I would use them again as and when needed.

Just on my last day before travelling back home to England, after having a gastric sleeve with Dr Yalim Ucktum via Global Medical Care. Right from the initial contact, I felt confident in my decision and comforted by every question answered by them.
When we got to Turkey, everything was ready, the transfers were lovely big Mercedes, when we got to the hospital for our first night, our English translator was there straight away and ordered us dinner. We started with our first test which then carried on the next morning, there are so many tests and this was really reassuring. Our doctor came to visit us before our op and just is the loveliest man. The Global Medical Care team were also there, which was lovely as we had been speaking with them for so long.
The op itself went really well, and we’ve had great after care from the whole team, including the doctor who kept coming to check on us.
I would recommend over and over.
